I <3 [tos]

I feel the need to share with you the insanity that is in my life right now.  I am directing [title of show] for Gaslight Theatre Company.  With Aimee Radics as our Musical Director.  Starring Meaghan Fadden, Nick Klem, Wendy Popeck and Lukas Tomasacci.  And Mary Rose Luksha is the female understudy.  The show will be performed at the beautiful Mellow Theater in Scranton.  Dave Reynolds is the Set Designer, Meg Callen is Lighting Designer, Matt Hinton is Sound Designer.  Jane Rodella is Stage Manager.  Brandi George, Anne Rodella and Wendy Popeck are the marketing team.  Whaaaaaaat??That’s it.  That’s the insanity I get to wake up to every day.  I have lots of good things in my life – family, friends, the holiday season is upon us, etc. etc.  But seriously, this?  This is some amazing stuff with some amazing people.  Every single person working on this show is so uber-talented.  Doing shows you love is usually fun.  Doing shows you love with people you love is even better.  Growing to love people you hardly knew at the beginning makes it super special.  As if [tos] isn’t already mucho meta, the parallels that can be drawn between the characters being played and the characters I work with are multiplying every night.  We have all bonded over getting this show to an awesome place and putting on stage.  Basic thrills of theatre, guys.  So this is the insanity in my life right now.  I have never been more grateful to be crazy.
