Entering Wilkes-Barre From Route 115

  • Route 115 becomes Route 309.
  • Follow Route 309 to Exit 3 (Wilkes-Barre/Plains).
  • Follow the exit ramp to the traffic light and turn left onto North River Street.
  • Follow North River Street approximately 1.5 miles.
  • You will come to a traffic light at which you will see the Luzerne County Courthouse on your right.
  • Go through this light and take the very next left onto West Jackson Street.
  • Proceed to the first light and turn right onto North Main Street. *PARKING*
  • Turn right at the next light onto West Union Street.
  • Sometimes *PARKING* is available on King's Campus. If you make a right onto North Franklin Street, follow Monarch Court around to the gated lot. If the gate is up, you may park there.
  • If this lot is filled, continue right out of the lot.
  • Make a right back onto West Union Street. Turn right at the River Street light and there will be another lot on your right between McGowan Hall and the Administration Building.
  • The Theatre is the builiding behind the Administration Building.
  
   
 
 

Directions From 81

  • Take Exit 168 (Formerly Exit 46), Highland Park Blvd. (Notice the Wachovia Arena on your right as you exit.)
  • Follow the ramp to the stop light and turn left.
  • Follow Highland Park Blvd. to the traffic light at the intersection with Route 309 and notice the King's Robert L. Betzler Fields on your left.
  • Proceed straight through the light at the Rte. 309 intersection. Highland Park Blvd. Now becomes Coal Street.
  • Follow Coal Street to the bottom of the hill and turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.
  • Turn right at the next light onto Market Street.
  • At the third light, bear right around Public Square.
  • Stay in the right lane, and at the next light, turn right onto North Main Street. *PARKING*
  • Turn left at the next light onto West Union Street.
  • Sometimes *PARKING* is available on King's Campus. If you make a right onto North Franklin Street, follow Monarch Court around to the gated lot. If the gate is up, you may park there.
